Terms & conditions of hire
We can’t be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances and so can’t make a guarantee that you will be collected or arrive at your destination at your requested time. We can guarantee that our staff will do their utmost to ensure you meet your deadline, however unforeseen difficulties e.g. accidents, traffic delays etc are outside our control. Should your vehicle encounter a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible and advise you of the situation.
We agree to supply a vehicle & driver to carry the number of passengers booked; no refund will necessarily be given if the actual numbers of passengers fall below this number. Passengers must arrive at departure and return points prior to the agreed departure time. Should the vehicle become avoidably delayed at its starting point waiting time may be charged.
The consumption of food or alcohol on vehicles is prohibited (unless in special circumstance, agreed by prior arrangement).
Smoking on vehicles is illegal and therefore strictly prohibited at all times.
We WILL refuse to carry violent, abusive or drunk passengers to ensure the safety of our staff.
